Oracle clusterware VS Pacemaker

Hi experts,

I'm planning to setup an high availability architecture for my company's softwares.
We have shortlisted Oracle clusterware and Pacemaker, but they look quite similar.

Can someone tell me what are the main differences between the two products ? Advantages / Disadvantages ?
