Oracle Cluster Verification Utility

Hi,

I am installing oracle 12c but during installing it stuck at 65 percent and not moving ahead

on checked i found CVU UTTILITY so i downloaded it from oracle but do not know how to set that in db location

or any other idea to fix this problem
