Oracle Cloud Adapter for Salesforce migration approach

2701460Jul 14 2014 — edited Jul 17 2014

Hi Oracle Gurus,

I have designed and developed my Oracle SOA Composite using Salesforce Adapter for a bi-directional interface between Oracle EBS and Salesforce.com. This was done using the Enterprise WSDL of Salesforce Test instance.

Now I want to migrate the SOA Composite to another SOA Server. I also want to point my composite to another Salesforce instance (say UAT or PROD). What is the best approach?

Do I need to modify the Service Endpoint in the WSDL? What if the SFDC WSDL version is different in the target instance?

What about the CSF Key in the JCA? Can I modify the CSF key in EM or give a different key on the .jca ?

Can I use Config Plan to search/replace required strings? Pls give your thoughts on the best practices for migration.

Regards

TV Gopal
