I created my Oracle Cloud account on April 1st, but it is still showing the following message:
"Your account provisioning is in progress. You will be able to access the feature after the provisioning is complete."
I raised a support ticket on April 3rd, but I have not received any response yet.

It has now been more than 10 days, and I am still unable to use any services.
This is blocking my ability to start using Oracle Cloud services.
Could someone please check and help resolve this issue or escalate it internally?
