Oracle Cloud Account 2FA problem.

Hello. I can't log in to my Oracle Cloud Account, the login page doesn't accept my Google Auth code, I get an error "Invalid Passcode". "Bypass code" is lost. I have created a request several times on the "Request Help with Oracle account" page, but no response. I called the support number, but it requires a passcode, which I don't know where to get from. Please help me to log in to my account.

I don't think this question should be asked on the forum, but Live Chat advised me to do just that.

Thanks for the material, but when I take the code that goes next to idcs-***** and paste it into the link

it takes me back to the page where I got the code.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the last few commenters in the thread also failed to log in using this method.

Also everyone in this thread has lost 2FA, and I have it, but the site won't accept it.

One of my phones had the wrong time, which is why it wouldn't accept my code. (you need to enable time synchronization)
