Oracle Client VS Instant Client (12.1.0.2)

Hello Experts ,

I am an Oracle DBA..

My database version is 11.2.0.4 on Linux

I trying to install Oracle Client S/w on Windows machine.

Some links are related to Instant Client.

Is there any big difference between Client Vs Instant client ?

I am getting confused. Can i install Oracle instant client instead of Oracle Client on windows machine ?
