Oracle Client Upgrade error

I am having 10.2.0.1 oracle client running windows xp. I am trying to upgrade this client to 10.2.0.4. for this I downloaded the p6810189_10204_win32.zip.
While installing on 10.2.0.1 client oracle home. I am getting the following message

Please suggest, what to do... since the above services are irrelevant to oracle , is there any alternative?
