Oracle Client---Linux start menu & Tora

556172Apr 17 2007 — edited May 16 2007
Hi,

I just got some great help in installing Oracle Client on SuSE Linux 10.2 (linked below in case anyone needs it), but now I'm trying to get some start menu items so that I don't have to use the command line to launch it.

I installed the Tora rpm, but the start menu icon doesn't launch anything. It only states shows a spinning hourglass at the bottom with text "Loading Application." But then it stops. I couldn't find installation instructions for Tora.

What I need mostly are start menu items to launch Oracle Client. Whether this can be done with Tora or some other way is fine. Can anyone tell me how to make this work???

Thanks in advance!
