Oracle Client is not installing ODBC driver

I am attempting to install Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 Admin client on xp64
The install goes ok but I see no Oracle ODBC driver after installation. The 64 bit client actually installed ODBC once, but I tried it again and it didnt install it, plus this application doesnt seem to work with this client.
So I would like to know if I can install the ODBC driver separately. I see a 10.2.0.2.0 and 10.2.0.3.0 version but no 10.2.0.1.0.
