Oracle client installation for remote database 10g

Team,

We are using Oracle database 10g Version with valid license.

Now we need to connect that remote database through client pc via toad or SQL navigator or SQL*Plus for development purpose.

The client PC has 64 bit windows 10 Operating system.

So which version of Oracle client do i need to install in this client PC in order to connect remote database ?

And from where I can download the necessary software ?
