oracle client and networking components were not found when create a ODBC connection

Hi,

I installed Oracle 11g and the client both in a single server.

I am getting this error, when tried to create a ODBC connection by using Microsoft ODBC driver for oracle.

I am able to create a connection by using by other drivers.

Installed Applications:

Operating system: windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Oracle 11g, and client 11_2 64 bit

OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0

Informatica 9.5.1 hotfix

DAC 11g

OBIA 7.9.6.4
