Oracle Client 8.0.6 (With Forms 6i) Crashes while connecting

Dear All,
I suddenly faced a very strange problem with oracle client 8.0.6 that comes with Oracle Developer 6i, while connecting it crashes and closes what ever product i use in developer (Forms, Reports, Plus80, etc).
Please help me with this problem asap.

Also i searched how to enable client tracing in oracle 8.0.6 but i was not succeeded.
