We try to install Oracle Client 19.3 (32 bit) on a Windows Server 2019. We start with the setup. After a few seconds we see the Windows command prompt. It disappears. Normally we should then see the Universal installer, but nothing happens. We also try to install the 64-bit client. That was no problem. It works as expected. So what could be the problem for the 32-bit client?
