Oracle client

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me that from where I can download the Oracle database client for OEL 6.3 (64 bit). I downloaded few files from below URL but I am not whether it is working fine or not.

I downloaded the all the RPM and install all of them (latest). There is no tnsping command (as well as file in any directory) and no network/admin directory structure present.
