Oracle Client 11g R2 install error INS-32025

Hi,

Installing Oracle Client 11g R2 on Win 7 displays error INS-32025 but there are no files in the target folders where I'm trying to install OraCli. The Path environment var doesn't have reference to Oracle either. Please advise. TIA
