I am trying to create chatbot using steps mentioned in this site http://www.ateam-oracle.com/getting-started-with-chatbots/
I have followed all the steps but while testing the chatbot they mentioned if we want to give access to others we have to add them in facebook developers tester section but if I want to make it publicly accessible without giving the roles.how to do it can anyone help!
