Oracle character set difference WE8ISO8859P1 and UTF8?

Hi

Can anyone tell me difference between character set WE8ISO8859P1 and UTF8?

The exiting database 10.2 is using WE8ISO8859P1. I need to recreate database for UTF8 character set and need to import data again. Whether, I need to consider to increase column length?
Please provide me difference between WE8ISO8859P1 and UTF8
