Oracle Change Notification and table name length

Hi, i'm using Oracle server 10.2.0.1.0
I configured the Oracle Change Notification options and works fine but, when the table name is a little long, it not works anymore.
For example for the table name: BD_FORMULARIOS_VERSIONES, the notification never occurs.
But for the names PA_CONSULTAS, PA_PARAMETROS it works ok.
Can this be a bug ?
