Oracle Certification course: Should I go to privately run institute or cer?

Hello Oracle Users,

I am recent graduate and I want to get my Oracle certification. I am new to database(although I have programming knowledge) and looking to join some school to get education. I am not sure whether I should go to privately run institue or Oracle certified partner (Not to give exams but to get knowlege for oracle course). I want to get my OCA & OCP developer certificate.

Can anyone please tell me whether I should go to privately run institute (much cheaper) or certified oracle partner or whether I should study on my own? I am not sure if employers take this fact (about which shool you go to) into consideration.
