Oracle CCS - Bill Extract in JSON and Kafka Adapter

Hi,

In the current implementation, Oracle Communications Cloud is the solution for bill pdf creation, for bills to be created in real time Oracle Communcations Cloud accepts extract JSON format only. Can the product be enhanced to include JSON as another format similar to XML?

For Notifications Event driven architecture is being planned, to publish Notifications to a Kafka topic to be consumed by the delivery channel applications, Can CCS be enhanced to publish/consume directly from Kafka topic instead of using OIC. This will help benefit reducing an intermediate hop and associated implementation factors.
