Oracle Business Rules + Rule Dictionary is Invalid

I am developing for one of my new Tasks in Oracle SOA suite 12c using Oracle Business Rules.

SOA Composite with BPEL + a Business Rules Component.

I have imported a simple valid xml file (Validated in my SOA project as well) in my SOA project and I define it's elements as input and output to the Oracle Business rules component.

That's all I have as of now to develop my POC. It throws the below error

Rule Dictionary HADSHFA_PersonRegisterRulesDict is invalid.

In the log file it does not show any error! Pl let me know how to resolve this.
