Oracle BPM workflow - 1 submitter and 3 approvers - chain participants - any sample documents

As part of our POC, i am working on Oracle BPM workflow,

in that project submitter submits the task and 3 level of approvals is need ( chain approvals) .

Please send me some steps or any document which is similar to this requirements ,.
