Oracle BPM Catch Timer Time Cycle

Guys, I am using jdev 12c(12.1.3.0.0) and I am using Catch Timer event in my bpm process to schedule for a specific time each days.

I tried with Type: Time schedule, but seems its not working, not sure if its a bug. However, Type: Time cycle is working for static values. I want to use Time cycle with an expression ( every day after 8 PM). Please provide me a expression for this. Thanks in advance.
