Oracle Bpm 12c deployment issues

hey everyone,

So i was working on a bpm process and deployed it successfully on weblogic server. After that there were some changes in the process a new db connection and adapter was made in composite now i am trying to redeploy the application and I am facing following

Caused By: oracle.fabric.common.FabricException: Error in getting XML input stream:

HumanTasks/AGENCY_OPENING_REQUEST_TASK.task: Error in getting XML input stream: oramds:/deployed-composites/default/ApplicationOne_rev1.0/HumanTasks/AGENCY_OPENING_REQUEST_TASK.task:

oracle.mds.core.MetadataNotFoundException:MDS-00013: no metadata found for metadata object "/deployed-composites/default/ApplicationOne_rev1.0/HumanTasks/AGENCY_OPENING_REQUEST_TASK.task"
