Oracle BPM 10.3.3/10G support Sybase 16 or Oracle 12 C database connectivity?

I have couple of questions which needs to be clarified asap.

1) Currently we are using Oracle BPM 10.3.3 and we are connecting to Sybase 15 version of database. Now we are planning to upgrade from Sybase 15 to Sybase 16 or Oracle 12C from database perspective. So the question here is does Oracle BPM 10.3.3/10G support Sybase 16 or Oracle 12 C database connectivity? If not to which Oracle BPM version we need to migrate to support either Sybase 16 or Oracle 12C?

2) Also we need to know about the time-frame of support provided for Oracle BPM 10.3.3/10G and also support dates for latest versions of BPM?
