Oracle BLOB Query Returns error Out of memory

I have a Oracle 10g 64 BIT 10.2.0.4 Enterprise Database running on Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition with total 24 GB RAM. Oracle is configured to use 18 GB of RAM. on DELL PowerEdge R900 Server.

When i run a Query on a table containg a BLOB, it is fetching approximately 222MB of data. it is giving the following Error " Out of Memory". today the Query is using 222 MB of data in future it can read upto 1 GB of data also.

Please Advice me,
