Oracle Bible

Do you know if there is some kind of "Oracle Bible" out there?!

Can you recommend me a book to learn something about a) Oracle Database Infrastructure (of what parts does an oracle db consist?) and b) Oracle SQL dialect.

Every tip appreciated! :)
