Hi,
From the last 3-4 days, I am not able to start Oracle BI Presentation Services, It is failing with the error.The Oracle BI Presentation Server service terminated with service-specific error 4294967295 (0xFFFFFFFF).

I also have done the following but no gain :

1) I thought that the webcatalog file might have got corrupted. So I did remane the webcatalog folder in path : C:\OracleBIData\web\catalog , and did the following
a) Stopped the Oracle BI Server Service.
b) Started the Oracle BI Server Service.
c) Started the Oracle BI Presentation Services Service. But the service did not start.

2) I also tried to start the service by pointing to a different rpd and its related webcatalog file.
a) Changed the NQSConfig.ini to point to samplesales.rpd at path (C:\OracleBI\server\Config)
b) Changed the instanceconfig.xml file to point to its related web catalog at path (C:\OracleBIData\web\config)
c) Stopped the Oracle BI Server Service.
d) Started the Oracle BI Server Service.
e) Started the Oracle BI Presentation Services Service. But the service did not start.

3) I also tried to obtain information from the webcatalog log file. We only have a single log file (sawlog0.log) and the last statement of the log file corresponds to : Oracle BI Presentation Services are shutting down.This message corresponds to the activity when I did stop the presentation services myself.But after that , I have been trying many times to start the presentation services, but the log has not been appended.

Please advise , as I am clueless and unable to proceed with starting the Oracle BI Presentation Services.Thanks in advance for the help
