Analytics Software

I install Oracle BI EE in standard mode. All is good, until I want start the 'Oracle BI Interactive Dashboards' in the menu of BI Welcome page. It give this problem :

And when I want start the "Oracle BI Publisher", I have this message in the IE :

Core 2 duo
OS : windows Vista
RAM : 2GB
