Oracle BI Discoverer Desktop and Discoverer Administrator

Hi,

I have installed oracle Discoverer 11g on windows 7 however after install i can not see Oracle Discoverer Admin or Desktop, so i downloaded Oracle BI Discoverer Desktop and Discoverer Administrator 11.1.1.3.0 however only when i try to install its saying the patch is already installed.
