Baremetal server is nothing but we will install Hyper-visor software on top of hardware . With the help of hyper-visor we can build VM , AM i correct until there ?

I did not get that part ? Is Oracle BMCS VM means , The VM what will install (or build) on top of Baremetal (physical) server ?
