Hello Oracle Community,
I have a Oracle Cloud free tier account and recently I was requested to add MFA(Multi - factor authentication) using the Oracle Authenticator app. The problem is the data in the app has been reset and now when I try logging back in, the authentication is not being received by the application.
Is there any way to re-link the authenticator app with my account or use a different form of authentication? Since I'm using free tier, am I elligible for oracle customer support? Any idea how this is done, since I'm pretty new to Oracle Cloud?
