oracle.apps.xdo.template.pdf.exception.FatalException

Dear Experts,

While merging 2 PDF document we are getting below error-

oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: oracle.apps.xdo.template.pdf.exception.FatalException: The template seems to be in either corrupted one or newer version than PDF1.4

Actually we are creating a single PDF by merging two PDFs, one is generated by XML Publisher template and other PDF is created from scanned documents.

I checked, PDF version is 1.4 only. don't know what is causing this issue.

Please let me know if you have any idea on this.
