oracle apps workflow #HISTORY not working

Dear all,

I have created a workflow and added the #HIDE_REASSIGN,#HIDE_MOREINFO and #history .

#HIDE_MOREINFO is only working the other two are not working in my approval notification.

I tried using both 'Y' and 'B' Still didn't got any change in the notification
