Oracle Apps Adapter 10.1.3.4- Business Events not working

Hi,

I have created a BPEL process which is listening to a Business Event in EBS 12.1.1
When i raise Business Event from EBS it is going to WF_DEFERRED
then after few minutes it is going to WF_BPEL_QBut from there its is not getting picked up.
My SOA-Suite version is 10.1.3.4 MLR-9
Any pointers will be of a great help.
