Oracle Application Server Forms Services - WebUtil - Microsoft Internet Exp

Hi,
can somebody help me?

I use WebUtil and in my form mask in POST FORM trigger

web.show_document('html/close.html','_self');

Sometimes gets stuck or hangs the browser of the application.

I get this message "Oracle Application Server Forms Services - WebUtil - Microsoft Internet Explorer (No feedback)
or (No responding)
