Oracle Application Express 5.0.3 is not accessable from remote computer using ip addess

Hi All,

I am using oracle 11g express version in windows 7 machine. recently i have upgraded my apex 4.0.3 tp apex 5.0.3 and it is working perfectly with 127.0.0.1:8080/apex but when i am trying to access from another machine connected by same LAN and using ip address 192.168.1.15:8080/apex URL then server not found error is generating .Please give me any solution then i can access my apex 5.0.3 from many client machine.
