Oracle API Gateway OAG ongoing support??

Hi team. AXWAY have stated that OAG is EOL as of 4/1. They state that we must upgrade now as we will get no ongoing support?? That is not my understanding I believe we can still raise SR and Oracle will support us per the LifeTime support agreement?? Can you clarify please? I know that CPU patches have stopped but that is all.
