Oracle APEX version 23.1 - Text with autocomplete is not working

Hi All,

Recently, we upgraded the APEX version from 21.1 to 23.1. After the upgrade, the text with the autocomplete component value is not being displayed when selecting from the LOV. This happens when we are using the cascading list of values feature.

After the selection value is displayed in the textbox, But as soon as I select the next value the username value disappears

Is anyone facing similar issues in APEX 23.1? Can anyone help on this request
