Oracle Apex URL : Invalid URL

Hi,

I am facing one issue here, I have an URL for my application developed in Oracle Apex4.2 like https://localhost:portid/pls/apex/application_ID:page_id . If I try to manipulate the URL and give an aweful value for the application ID lets say zero (0) it is giving me an Error along with Oracle error as ORA-0403 : No Data Found. Here I don't want ORA error to be displayed and want to replace with some meaningful error message. Can someone please help how to do it?
