Oracle APEX - Shared Components(Report Queries & Layouts)

Hi ,

I'm using Apex 5.0.

I have created a Application report query in Shared Components. I have downloaded the XML Data file, by using that, created one RTF Template and attached to the Application Report Layout. Also referenced the layout for the created Application report query. While Clicking on TEST REPORT Button, file is downloaded without any data, Displaying that

"500 Internal Server Error"

"Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this "

Can anyone please tell where I did mistake in the process?
