Oracle APEX PWA with offline

Hi,
I am working on requirement to develop an Oracle APEX PWA, I also want to make the application work in offline. I have explored many blogs and it suggest to customize service worker to achieve this. Can anyone help me on how to use service worker to make application work offline.
