We recently migrated our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) from DBCS to Cloud VM with RMAN Backup. While the migration of EBS went smoothly and it's functioning as expected, we've encountered a roadblock with Oracle Apex. Specifically, after the migration, Oracle Apex is not working, and we're encountering the error message: "The connection was reset." Our Apex version is 5.1, and we're using Oracle Database 11g without ORDS.
