Oracle Apex Not Working After EBS Migration: Connection Reset Error with RMAN Backup

We recently migrated our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) from DBCS to Cloud VM with RMAN Backup. While the migration of EBS went smoothly and it's functioning as expected, we've encountered a roadblock with Oracle Apex. Specifically, after the migration, Oracle Apex is not working, and we're encountering the error message: "The connection was reset." Our Apex version is 5.1, and we're using Oracle Database 11g without ORDS.

  • Environment: Oracle EBS migrated from DBCS to Cloud VM. (RMAN Backup)
  • Apex Version: 5.1
  • Database: Oracle Database 11g
  • No ORDS: We are not using Oracle REST Data Services.
  • Error Message: "The connection was reset" when attempting to access Apex.
