Oracle Apex Integration with SAP Business One

Hello
Our legacy system is SAP Business One (ERP) with SQL Server 2012.
We are planning to develop user interface in Oracle Apex to update the records in
SAP Business One.
If is it possible, can you provide some hints for this integration process.
