Oracle ApEx installation, memory_target setting, results in error ora-27125 as startup

Dear Friends

During Oracle ApEx installation, setting memory_target to 300MB (startup with pfile , or spfile), results in error ora-00838 and ora-01078 in startup,

ORA-00838: Specified value of MEMORY_TARGET is too small, needs to be at least 40960M

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

setting memory_target to recommended value as 42949672960,

but startuping database results in another error

error ora-27125

(Exadata, 11g R2, Rac, Apex 5.0 )
