Oracle Apex Incident Tracking

Hi,

I am new to the Oracle Apex Technology. I have deployed Incident Tracking Oracle Apex productivity app.

Now, how can I achieve the below functionality:

Share this productivity app as a URL
The logged in user to see only their created by/assigned incidents and not all

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
