Oracle Apex - Form-Format Mask Date

Dear Friends
While creating the form in oracle apex , Date type as Date Picker. Setting Display as Native Html, form mask as DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI but when i save the form format changes to YYYY-MM-DD"T"HH24:MI:SS. How to configure to display in form as DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI.
Kindly suggest.
