Oracle APEX Classic Report - 500 Internal Server Error

Greetings,
I have a simple query that runs perfectly fine on SQL Developer. But when I put the same query in a classic report, I get 500 Internal Server Error. I am using APEX 19.1.0.00.15
What could be the reason? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
