Is there any way to integrate my ITSM with Oracle Apex to create tickets automatically based on my classic reports.
I am preparing a dashboard which deals with critical SLA activates of EBS and I wanted to create a Automatic ticketĀ via Oracle apex based on my interactive/classic report row values.
Example scenario
When that conditions arrives the ticket should be created via Apex into ITSM with out any manual login to apex or dashboard.
Please help me on this.
