Oracle Apex Application License

Hi All,

I am planning to create a simple application in Oracle APEX 5.0.3.

And I am having Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition License.I know Oracle Application Express is included in Oracle Database 12c as a standard database component.

I have the following queries,

For my client, Is it enough to buy database license to run my APEX application or any other product licensing needed?
Which db edition they need to run my application (Enterprise or standard edition)
For how many users they need to buy the db license (My apex application will be used by 1000+ users approx.)
What will be the probability of making APEX - paid service by Oracle in future?
